On 2 February 2017 our partners Elisabetta Papa and Antonio Mario Pizzoli, with associate Alessandro Spina, will be at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich for a meeting of the SACEPO Working Party on e-Patent Process.

SACEPO, the EPO’s Standing Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office, has the purpose of giving members of industry, of the patent profession and recognised IP experts a say on important issues relating to the development of the European Patent system.

The Working Party on e-Patent-Process (SACEPO/ePP) focuses on operational matters related to the EPO’s e-business projects, both as regards the electronic processing of the patent grant process and patent information projects. Working Party members include applicants, patent attorneys and experts from formalities bodies and billing centres.
