Join our Women in IP breakfast before attending the AIPLA-AIPPI seminar in Milan

On 17 June 2016 at 9.30 a.m. a seminar on recent developments in intellectual property legislation and case law is to take place in Milan at the Hotel Palazzo delle Stelline.

The “Meeting with AIPLA” event is organised jointly by the European Practice Committee of AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association), the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute, the Italian group of AIPPI  (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and AICIPI (Association of Patent and Trademark Attorneys in Italian Industry).

Speakers at the event include our partner Elisabetta Papa, on the topic “Means-plus-function claim interpretation: history and updates after Williamson”.

From 8 to 9 a.m., our Milan office in via Carducci 8, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the seminar’s venue, is hosting an informal pre-seminar breakfast of the AIPLA’s Women in IP Law Committee.

All professional women involved in intellectual property are invited.
