Experience

Michal has been practising trademark law since 2010, dealing with trademark disputes; he has also managed worldwide trademark portfolios, oppositions and appeals before the  European Union Intellectual Property Office – EUIPO and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, as well as coexistence agreements.

He advises clients on customs surveillance and strategies to fight counterfeiting on the internet.
