Lorenzo’s intellectual property practice began in 2005 and has mainly focused on contracts, disputes in and out of court, advice on trademark filing, domain names and customs surveillance.

He is an expert on the management of anticounterfeiting activities world wide.

Lorenzo has acquired a wealth of experience in opposition proceedings as well as counseling on image rights and sponsorship in the sports business.

Conferences and publications

He lectures often for universities and international associations on various aspects of intellectual property and contribues regularly to major specialised international journals.
