Since beginning her practice in 2013, Magali has focused mainly on advising clients and resolving trademark and patent disputes out of court.
She has acquired experience in negotiating and drafting license and transfer agreements, mainly in the area of patents, as well as in managing worldwide trademark portfolios for multinational companies, including opposition, appeal and cancellation proceedings.
For over two years she worked with an intellectual property firm in Munich, Germany, and carried out research activities with the Max Planck Institute.
Magali has collaborated with the first Board of Appeal of the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union – EUIPO and with the Legal and International Affairs department of the European Patent Office – EPO.
Lecturing and publishing
Magali has authored articles for international specialised journals. She has lectured at seminars, meetings and conferences at international and university level.
