Riccardo’s intellectual property practice started in 2009 and has focused on the protection and registration of trademarks and designs as well as on opposition, invalidity and revocation procedures before the European Union Intellectual Property Office – EUIPO and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.
He also resolves disputes in and out of court and handles anticounterfeiting, customs surveillance and contracts.
Riccardo has authored papers and articles on trademarks and indications of origin.
