SIB - Società Italiana Brevetti

Claudio Germinario, European Patent Attorney with SIB Società Italiana Brevetti, and Sandro Hassan, attorney-at-law and European Patent Attorney with Studio Legale SIB, are the lecturers in the intensive seminar on chemical and pharmaceutical patents to take place in Milan on 18 March 2010.

Organised by Temas-Forum, the seminar is aimed at intellectual property consultants, in-house lawyers or intellectual property managers in chemical and pharmaceutical companies, lawyers and junior lawyers interested in the sector.

Chemical and pharmaceutical patents will be discussed in both traditional and innovative sectors such as biotechnologies. Decisions issued by Italian and foreign courts and by the European Patent Office will be examined.

The Milan Bar Association has accredited the seminar for the purposes of compulsory continuing professional education for lawyers.
