We assist our Italian clients abroad through a network of foreign associates that possess in-depth knowledge of their countries\u2019 laws and procedures as well as solid competence in the specific technical area and industry of interest.<\/p>\n

\"OurThis network has been established over time and is constantly tested and kept current by incessantly surveying available foreign firms, the quality of their work, rates and any areas of excellence.<\/p>\n

The continuous improvement of our network of associates, which enables us to offer our clients efficient and timely service world wide, is indeed one of our specific priorities.<\/p>\n

In order to achieve this, we apply rigorous and transparent selection criteria, which integrate the contribution of our attorneys who interact directly with foreign associates with the overall supervision of our management team.<\/p>\n

European Patent Litigators Network – EPLN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Societ\u00e0 Italiana Brevetti and sister law firm\u00a0SIB LEX\u00a0are members the\u00a0European Patent Litigators Network<\/a>\u00a0(EPLN) together with firms Meissner Bolte of Germany, Santarelli Group of France and Arnold & Siedsma of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

The EPLN aims to facilitate international collaboration in litigation before the Unified Patent Court<\/a> by pooling the outstanding competence and experience of its members.<\/p>\n
