AIPLA<\/a> (American Intellectual Property Law Association) represents both owners and users of intellectual property: a wide and diverse group of people, from law firms, companies, and institutions, who are involved directly or indirectly in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition law, or in other fields of law affecting intellectual property.<\/p>\n
