Our Carlo Bogna<\/a> is to attend 5th<\/sup> the Intellectual Property Case Law Conference<\/a> (IPCLC)\u00a0 taking place in Alicante on 29-30 April 2024.\"IPCLC<\/p>\n

One of the major events organised by the Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office<\/a> (EUIPO), the IPCLC aims to provide insights on the various facets of intellectual property that are evolving rapidly as Big Tech gets to play an ever-greater role in our society.<\/p>\n

It focuses on case-law, examines recent legislative reforms and explores the challenges that high-tech environments present for intellectual property in general and for trademarks and designs in particular.<\/p>\n

The event is designed to encourage interactive discussions among participants through panel debates with influential figures drawn from private practice, judiciary, academia and major IP offices.<\/p>\n
