Paolo is a member of the panel on \u201cEvocation in the EU and beyond\u201d which also includes Niklas Fels, and\u00a0 Joseph Fesenmair, Bird & Bird, Germany; Giulia Belinci, Legal Advisor, Comit\u00e9 Champagne, France;\u00a0 Alan Park, Director, Legal Affairs, Scotch Whisky Association (SWA), United Kingdom; Zeinab Ghafouri, Project Manager, Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI), Switzerland; Ashish Kanta Singh, Associate, K&S Partners, India.<\/p>\n

An impressive lineup of GI groups, law firms, experts, international IP Offices and other organizations have already confirmed their participation in this event, that is to focus on the latest developments, challenges and strategies for effective GI protection and enforcement.<\/p>\n

OriGIn – <\/strong>Organization for an International Geographical Indications Network – \u00a0is the global alliance of Geographical Indications (GIs) from a large variety of sectors, representing some 600 associations of producers and other GI-related entities from 40 countries.<\/p>\n
