The meeting\u2019s program covers a range of IP-related topics, ranging from the Unified Patent Court to trademark enforcement in counterfeiting, design patent law, patent litigation, DEI in intellectual property practice and more.<\/p>\n

AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association) represents both owners and users of intellectual property: a wide and diverse spectrum of people from law firms, companies, and institutions involved directly or indirectly in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition law, as well as other fields of law affecting\u00a0intellectual\u00a0property.<\/p>\n
