“Healthy Food” is the theme of the 2025 edition of Macfrut, with a focus on innovative fruit and vegetable products with a high nutritional value.<\/p>\n

Our intellectual property experts in the agri-food sector – SIB partner Valentina Predazzi<\/a> together with Gioia Perucci<\/a> and Antonella Maurer, accompanied by SIB Lex partner Federico Caruso<\/a> – are attending the event to catch up with our clients, make new friends and check out the newest trends.<\/p>\n

This year the event, organized in collaboration with experts from the University of Bologna, involves a new approach combining scientific discussion and edutainment with reference to well-being and health.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t miss the International Symposium on Biotechnological Tools in Horticulture, with a great panel of experts. Our Valentina Predazzi and Federico Caruso are to speak on the topic \u201cLeveraging Patents and IP Rights to Foster Innovation in Agricultural Biotechnology” on 8 May at 2 pm.<\/p>\n

The symposium is organized by the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences of the Polytechnic University of Marche.<\/p>\n
