\u201cBrand changes in an international context\u201d is the focus of this year\u2019s MARQUES Annual Conference<\/a>, taking place in the Netherlands, at The Hague\u2019s World Forum, 16-19 September 2025.<\/p>\n

Carlo Bogna<\/a> and Michal Hasiow<\/a>, who is a member of the MARQUES Emerging Issues team, will be attending meetings, contributing to discussions and taking part in the event\u2019s sessions.\"MARQUES<\/p>\n

The program covers many fascinating topics including the impact of external factors on IP work, brands in international trade, sustainability, international jurisdiction in trademark litigation, brands in international M&A, brand revivals, the latest case law of the Court of Justice and General Court of the European Union, and much more.<\/p>\n

SIB supports MARQUES, an association whose mission is to educate and promote the professional development of brand owners in the selection, management, protection and exploitation of their trademarks within a global economy; to create a forum for the free exchange of ideas and information and to provide an effective platform for the representation of their interests.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
