{"id":2978,"date":"2016-03-15T10:11:39","date_gmt":"2016-03-15T10:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sib.it\/?p=2978"},"modified":"2017-05-25T13:26:38","modified_gmt":"2017-05-25T13:26:38","slug":"brands-and-sports-contribuiamo-alla-conferenza-inta-di-new-york","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sib.it\/en\/events\/brands-and-sports-inta-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"At the INTA Brands and Sports conference in New York"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SIB Societ\u00e0 Italiana Brevetti is contributing to the \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inta.org\/Programs\/Pages\/2016SportsAndBrands_Program.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Brands and Sports<\/a>\u201d advanced level conference organised by INTA (International Trademark Association) and taking place in New York, 15-16 March 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBrands and Sports &#8211; Challenges, Counterfeits and Crisis Communications: Maintaining Brand Integrity in a Changing Landscape\u201d is the full title of the event.<\/p>\n<p>The impact of sports on the economy and its global popularity, along with the widespread media coverage and public scrutiny of sports organizations and athletes, make brand integrity a key factor for the success of sports brands.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will bring together stakeholders in the sporting industry such as brand owners, legal practitioners, government officials, sports agents, sports merchandisers, marketing and crisis communications experts.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions will focus on the challenges and opportunities of protecting brand integrity, on how to enhance brand value and manage crises in the ever changing world of sports.<\/p>\n<p>Our Trademark Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sib.it\/en\/our-team\/lorenzo-litta-trademark-attorney\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lorenzo Litta<\/a> is a member of the project team in charge of planning and presenting the conference.
