This year\u2019s conference focuses on the evolution of trademarks, as businesses explore new ways of using brands and other IP assets to build trust with consumers.<\/p>\n

Plenary sessions will tackle a variety of topics including the fine line between fame and genericism, the intersection of geographical indications and Europe\u2019s new Digital Product Passport; updates from the EUIPO and an annual review of the case law of the Court of Justice and General Court of the European Union are also on the program, as well as many interactive workshops.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
