Giovanni started his patent practice in 2015, after working as a researcher in the area of technical physics with a focus on the optical characterisation of materials as well as on renewable energy.

Activity

Giovanni deals with procedures relating to Italian, European and other foreign patents, prevalently in the area of mechanics.

He handles design protection work in Italy, the European Union and internationally.

He also advises clients on protecting designs and models.

Member of the Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute), of the Collegio dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian section of FICPI) and of the Italian Institute of Engineers.
