Experience

Since beginning his intellectual property practice in 2015, Marco has gained experience in the area of competition law and corporate law at leading Italian and international firms, as well as of public policy at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.

Marco currently provides legal advice in court and out-of-court disputes concerning trademarks, patents, designs, know-how, copyright, competition, licensing and contracts; he also deals with legislative monitoring.
