“Brand changes in an international context” is the focus of this year’s MARQUES Annual Conference, taking place in the Netherlands, at The Hague’s World Forum, 16-19 September 2025.

Carlo Bogna and Michal Hasiow, who is a member of the MARQUES Emerging Issues team, will be attending meetings, contributing to discussions and taking part in the event’s sessions.

The program covers many fascinating topics including the impact of external factors on IP work, brands in international trade, sustainability, international jurisdiction in trademark litigation, brands in international M&A, brand revivals, the latest case law of the Court of Justice and General Court of the European Union, and much more.
