Today we have published our firm’s first Diversity, equity and inclusion Policy.
Our commitment to treating diversity as a resource, providing equal opportunities for personal and professional development and fighting discrimination, in the workplace as well as in the IP Community, is not new. But we can and we must do more.
Enshrining in a firm policy our commitment to enact the values and principles of diversity, equity and inclusion provides concreteness and clarity to guide our efforts in improving how we work and grow together as a firm, through change.
