An attorney at law and a qualified Italian and European trademark and design attorney, Gabriella has been practising intellectual property law since 2001, accruing a wealth of knowledge and experience in several top-tier law firms and IP boutiques.

Her field of activity has spanned the range of intellectual property services from clearance searches, world-wide IP portfolio management, negotiation and drafting of agreements to anti-counterfeiting actions and enforcement in court.
