Our partner Angelica Torrigiani Malaspina is looking forward to joining fellow IP Practitioners with a focus on pharma trademarks at the PTMG Spring Conference 2026, which includes both the Annual General Meeting and the 107th Conference, taking place in Munich, Germany, at the Bayerischer Hof Hotel, 23-24 March 2026.

The theme of the event is “Trade Mark Fest in the Bavarian Home of Innovation”.

The Spring Conference program includes sessions on WIPO’s digital harmonization efforts, trademark litigation in Germany, copyright, post- sale confusion, IP trends in African markets, damages for trademark infringement and reference pricing policy in Europe and the United States.

The PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group) brings together a group of highly dedicated trade mark professionals with a passion for, and experience in, the pharmaceutical field.

The group’s aim is to enable members to meet at regular intervals to consider problems of mutual interest; it does so by running educational conferences relating to the law and practice of trade marks and other intellectual property rights, particularly as they affect pharmaceutical and related industries.
