We are delighted to have received the Italy Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year as well as the Europe Impact Case of the Year at the 2026 Managing IP awards ceremony that took place in London on 1 May.

This is SIB’s third consecutive year as Italy Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year (Patent and Trademark Attorney Firms), but the first time we are assigned the Europe Impact Case of the Year award, for the Dainese vs. Alpinestars litigation before the Unified Patent Court.

Our partners Elisabetta D’Amore, Alessandra Patrono and Davide Rondano as well as Mario Pozzi, partner of our sister legal firm SIB LEX, attended the awards ceremony.

We owe these recognitions to our clients and peers for their constant support, as Managing IP Awards and rankings are indeed based also on client and peer opinions, and of course we thank Managing IP for their invaluable, painstaking research.
