We are delighted to have received the Italy Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year trophy as well as the Europe Impact Case of the Year award at the 2026 Managing IP Awards ceremony that took place in London on 1 May.

This is SIB’s third consecutive year as Italy Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year (Patent and Trademark Attorney Firms), but it is the first time we are assigned a Europe Impact Case of the Year award, for the Dainese vs. Alpinestars litigation before the Unified Patent Court.

Our partners Elisabetta D’Amore, Alessandra Patrono and Davide Rondano attended the awards ceremony with Mario Pozzi, partner of our sister legal firm SIB LEX, that also received a Europe Impact Case of the Year award as part of the team working with SIB on the Dainese vs. Alpinestars litigation.

We owe these recognitions to our clients and peers for their constant support, as Managing IP Awards and rankings are indeed based also on client and peer opinions, and of course we thank Managing IP for their invaluable, painstaking research.
