On 6 April 2023 our partner and European patent litigator Davide Rondano will share a roundtable discussion on the Unitary patent and Unified Patent Court (UPC) with co-speakers Mario Pozzi partner of of SIB LEX and Alessandro Borelli founding partner of ESG Lex.

The event is hosted by ESG Lex at the firm’s office in Milan, via S. Vittore al teatro 1, is to start at 5 p.m. and will be followed by cocktails.

The Unitary patent and Unified Patent Court, to go live on 1 June 2023, are about to revolutionise the European patent system and bring many new opportunities and challenges for the protection and enforcement of patent rights in Europe.
