Experience
Mauro’s intellectual property practice began in 2004.

He has acquired experience in advising clients on trademarks and domain names as well as on copyrights, geographical indications and denominations of origin.

He handles trademark disputes out of court and disputes concerning the reassignment and suspension of domain names before national and international arbitration centres, as well as opposition procedures before the .it and .uk registers.

Mauro’s clients include major Italian companies as well as multinational corporations.

Lecturing and publishing
Mauro has lectured on trademark and IT law issues in academic, management and professional seminars at the Polytechnic University of Milan, the Italian Trade Agency, the CUOA business school, the Venice Design Week and the Higher School of Economics and Finance of the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance.

He has contributed articles on intellectual property and IT law issues to several journals.

Master of Laws in IT Law, University of Padua.
Masters in Intellectual property and international contract law, Italian Trade Agency and Higher School of Economics and Finance of the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance.
