Experience
Mauro’s intellectual property practice began in 2004. Over the years he has acquired a wealth of experience advising clients on trademarks, designs and domain names as well as on copyrights, geographical indications and denominations of origin.

He handles trademark disputes out of court and disputes concerning the reassignment and suspension of domain names before national and international arbitration centres, as well as opposition procedures before the .it and .uk Registers.

Lecturing and publishing
Mauro has lectured in academic, management and professional seminars and training programs at the Polytechnic University of Milan, the Italian Trade Agency, the CUOA business school, the Venice Design Week and the Higher School of Economics and Finance of the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance.

He has contributed articles on intellectual property and IT law issues to several journals.
