Since beginning his practice in 1999, Massimo has focused mainly on trademark clearance, filing and prosecution including pre-filing advice, as well as on worldwide trademark portfolio management.

He is vastly experienced in opposition, invalidation and appeal proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office – EUIPO, as well as in opposition and appeal proceedings before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office – UIBM.
