Enforcement / Overview

“Actions to enforce intellectual property rights must be quick, effective and economically efficient.”

Difesa dei diritti-IntroduzioneTo protect the value of trademarks, patents, designs and copyrights it is indispensable to deploy a well-devised strategy against any attempt at counterfeiting, usurpation and dilution.

In most cases it is enough to act immediately out of court, for instance by sending a cease-and-desist letter; it is often possible to take administrative action; sometimes legal action may prove necessary.

Any action must be taken by attorneys and attorneys at law specialising in intellectual property law with the ability and experience to handle all situations, bearing in mind that none of them is like any other.

Our firm assists and represents hundreds of enterprises in enforcing intellectual property rights. We possess all the skills and competences necessary to take any kind of legal action.
