PLANT VARIETIES – ITALIAN RIGHT

Documents and information to be sent to SIB to prepare an Italian plant variety right application

  • draft description of the variety
  • photographs of the variety
  • name and personal and tax details of the applicant.

Additional documentation which can be produced even after filing the application

  • declaration of the identity of the breeder (natural person)
  • power of attorney for representation of the applicant before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office
  • declaration of the applicant.
